It seems Megan Thee Stallion might not be as perfect as she seemed. Recently, she had a falling out with Ari Fletcher after Ari caught Megan getting cozy with Moneybagg Yo. Megan and Moneybagg had a thing a few years back, but when she ended things with him, he started dating Ari. Now it looks like Megan and Moneybagg are back together, and this might be why Moneybagg flew Ari to Greece for her birthday—he’s trying to make things right after Ari found out he was cheating with Megan.
To give some context, Megan and Moneybagg were an item before Ari came into the picture. During their relationship, there were rumors of trouble, with suggestions they were both seeing other people. Megan was even rumored to have had an encounter with Tristan Thompson after he invited her to a game. She denied this, saying she was there with her manager and friend EJ, and dismissed the rumors as lies.
But don’t get too hard on Megan—Moneybagg wasn’t exactly playing fair either. He had his share of side relationships, and both of them were clearly playing games. Megan sparked breakup rumors by deleting their photos from Instagram and dropping a freestyle that hinted at her being single and Moneybagg feeling threatened by her success. The next day, Moneybagg denied they had broken up and blamed it on internet gossip, insisting they were still together.
“How are things between you and Megan? Are you still together?”
“No, we’re not together anymore. But we’re cool with each other. Everything’s fine.”
“Is everything really okay?”
“Yeah, everything’s good.”
“Does it ever frustrate you when the media suggests otherwise, like implying you two aren’t on good terms? Or do you just ignore it and stay away from the media?”
“You can’t believe anything you read in the media. It’s exhausting, so I just try to ignore it.”
A few days later, Bag had another interview with Ebro and finally confirmed that he and Megan had broken up. He explained that their strong personalities led to constant clashes. “It was just two strong personalities butting heads. It didn’t work out, but I wish her the best. I’m really proud of her. The Megan you know and the Megan I know are two different people. There’s no bad blood; we just didn’t see eye to eye.”
He then started dating Ari, but their relationship has been rocky, mostly because Bag has been unfaithful. Despite numerous breakups, Ari sticks around for the gifts and the lavish lifestyle Bag provides. There’s even chatter that Megan might be eyeing Bag again, especially after seeing his success.
Both Megan and Bag have hinted at this in their songs, and fans quickly pieced it together. A TikToker, who clearly had too much time on her hands, did a detailed breakdown of their recent songs, showing how they hinted at the affair. Megan’s verse on Cardi’s song “Bongos” includes the line, “I’m going to need a money bag if I sleep overnight,” while Bag’s track with Wizkid says, “Country fair, I say, ‘What’s up?’ She says, ‘Howdy, howdy. Call you my little cowgirl.’”

So, here’s the scoop: Megan loves calling herself the “Houston Cowgirl,” which has led to a lot of speculation about her lyrics being aimed at Moneybagg Yo. In one song, he even dropped a line about “riding it like a stallion,” which seemed like a clear nod to Megan.
But that’s just the start. In her new track “Find Out” from her self-titled album, Megan raps, “He my little whoopy woo, my little uh uh uh.” For those who don’t know, “uh uh” is a sound Moneybagg Yo uses a lot in his songs, so it’s pretty obvious who she’s referring to. And then there’s Bag’s song “Fireplay,” where he raps about a female rapper trying to reconnect with him: “DM from this rapper chick, she trying to spin the block again. Vanish mode, I ain’t say nothing better, so now she sent her friend.”
Word on the street is that Bag might be talking about GloRilla here. Apparently, Glo’s the third wheel in this messy situation, and Megan used her to get Bag back. Megan hints at this again in “Find Out,” with lines like, “How I go from ghosting you to making that D disappear. I’m trying to F around and find out.” Plus, in “Boa,” she seems to throw shade at Ari, suggesting that Ari’s time with Bag is done and she should step aside: “Be your time is up, why is you not clocking out?”
Interestingly, Megan dropped “Boa” on June 28th, the same day Ari tweeted something cryptic about leaving Bag because of his cheating: “Be a lady and leave quietly.”
So, it looks like Megan has two tracks on her album about Moneybagg Yo—“Find Out,” where she mentions his signature sound, and “Boa,” which touches on their complicated history. Even though I’m a big fan of Megan Thee Stallion, this situation makes it seem like her involvement with Tory Lanez while he was with Kelsey could be more believable.
To top it off, shortly after all this drama, Bag and Ari were seen in Greece celebrating her birthday. People think Bag went all out to try and win Ari back after cheating with Megan. It’s not surprising, since he’s done this before—buying expensive gifts to make up for his mistakes, and it seems to work every time.
People have mixed feelings about all this. One person commented, “Megan and Moneybagg broke up because he had a baby on her and was seeing Ari too. Don’t pretend Ari’s innocent.” Another said, “I totally believe it. Megan seems to thrive on drama and chaos. She’s the type who’s cool one-on-one but changes when a handsome guy comes around.”
